ACG and its affiliates invest in early stage companies that have innovative business ideas, sound execution and an experienced management team with conviction in and passion about their work.

Besides providing early stage funding (often called "Angel Money"), we also offer analytical, quantitative and operational support to the companies we invest in, therefore maximizing their chance of success. We assist management teams of new or growing companies to raise debt or equity, providing support and advice throughout this complex process. During late stage fund raising for the investee company's further expansion, we work closely with the management team to negotiate with financial institutions and investors to maximize the management team's interest and stake.

Additionally, we help business teams validate their ideas, refine business plans, and provide feedback from an investor's perspective on the company's strengths and weaknesses. Our candid "second opinion" may sometimes be very different than what the management team expects to hear. However, when more than 70% of new businesses fail within the first two years, sometimes a “brutally honest” opinion is exactly what allows a management team to further examine and enhance their business plan, increasing their opportunity to survive and thrive.

We provide highly value-added services to investee companies in additional capital raising, initial public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, portfolio valuation, and asset management.
